Heidi Hafen, NP

Heidi Hafen is a nurse practitioner collaborating with the neurology team at Intermountain Health’s Neurosciences Institute at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She supports patients in Murray, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Taylorsville, and surrounding communities, providing comprehensive care to stroke patients.

Heidi is passionate about stroke care. She finds it deeply rewarding to help patients regain function and quality of life. Working closely with individuals who have experienced a stroke allows her to witness the challenges they face, as well as the remarkable progress they can make through comprehensive treatment and support. Heidi enjoys supporting patients through each stage of their recovery—whether that involves medical management, rehabilitation, or emotional encouragement—gives her a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Outside the clinic the Santa Clara, Utah native enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating and canyoneering.
