About Hannah McCabe
About The Provider
Hannah attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate studies. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. After graduating, Hannah got her first job with a cardiology practice in Denver. She moved with her husband to Baltimore, Maryland, where she continued practicing in cardiology. As a practitioner, Hannah’s clinical interests include heart failure management, cardiovascular disease prevention, and ischemic heart. Hannah believes high-quality patient care starts with a respectful relationship between the patient and the provider. She strives to treat each patient individually, considering their life stories, priorities, and goals for their overall health.
“I will always take the time to hear about each patient’s greatest concerns and goals for their health. I also like to challenge patients to take ownership of their health so they can be their best advocate, with me as their partner in their care. I am easy to talk to and enjoy hearing stories about patient's lives and families.”
Hannah, her husband, their son, and their dog are thrilled to have moved back to her home state of Colorado. When she needs some relaxing time, Hannah enjoys reading, board games (the nerdy ones), and listening to podcasts. She loves to do many hobbies, including crocheting, embroidery, and watercolor painting.
