Ginger Todd has always given me the best care

My husband was going to have surgery on his right hand as he had ulnar nerve damage. His hand and arm really hurt, when Ginger Todd assisant needed to get his blood pressure he said not on the right arm, so the other one. Her reply was you could have said that nicer, so of course his blood pressure went up after her remarks, they were uncalled for and not professional.
