About The Provider

Erica Cahoon is an occupational therapist on the outpatient lymphedema team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Promotion from Utah State University in 2019 and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Idaho State University in 2024.

She completed her certified lymphedema therapist training with the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Erica is passionate about helping individuals learn how to decrease and manage chronic swelling. She has experience treating lower extremity lymphedema, lipedema, cancer related lymphedema, and other complications that can happen following breast cancer treatment and reconstruction.

Management of any chronic condition can be difficult, but Erica enjoys problem solving with her patients to find strategies that are realistic and effective for managing their symptoms. Individualized care is especially important for lymphedema treatment and management, as each person’s symptoms and abilities can vary.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, doing crafts and puzzles, and spending time with her husband, Dalyn. She is originally from Pocatello, Idaho and has lived in St. George since 2024.
