About Eric N. Momin
About The Provider
Dr. Momin is a board-certified neurosurgeon at St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was born and raised in Acworth, Georgia, which is 30 miles from Atlanta. He attended Harvard College and graduated with highest honors in anthropology. He earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he developed his interest in neurological surgery. Dr. Momin gained neurosurgical training as a resident at the combined MD Anderson – Baylor College of Medicine program in Houston, Texas, followed by completion of a fellowship in complex spine surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is the author or co-author of 40 papers, abstracts and book chapters.
Dr. Momin treats all surgical conditions of the brain and spine. He has advanced training in complex spinal procedures, including surgery for deformity / scoliosis, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopic spine surgery.
