Eliza Bremer is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing gastroenterology at Intermountain Health's Avenues Specialty Clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. She supports patients and their families in Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, and the surrounding communities, focusing on preventing disease and promoting healthy lifestyles.
