Doug is always very personable and suggests what the best treatment is for the patient

He has been great in my follow-up care and he has been pleased with my progress, which is a little ahead of the game because I ditched the sling just before my two-week follow-up and began using the arm and making it work. The sling never fit properly and was a total nuisance.

Doug took his time with me and explored all the options. We are going to try something and see if this helps. If it doesn't he gave me another avenue we can try, and then go from there.

Thank you for your help and encouraging words where I’m at just a week and a half after the surgery.
