Dominic A. Moore, MD

Dominic "Dom" Moore, MD, is a palliative care and hospice physician at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. He believes the highest-quality care for serious illness should be available to everyone. He is board certified in both pediatrics and hospice and palliative medicine.

Dr. Moore earned his medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate. He completed his residency at Phoenix Children's Hospital and his fellowship through the Scripps/UCSD Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship. Before medical school, he earned a bachelor's degree in business management with an emphasis in public and nonprofit management from Brigham Young University.

Outside of work, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in every season and making music.
