She answered all my questions, in detail, and helped me understand how my decisions for my care were relevent to my current visit. She recommended a different medication to see if it might help with my knee pain, that I agreed with, and had her administer it at this visit.

She was very nice and seems like a sweet person. However, I didn’t feel like she was really listening to my schedule for my needs.

She was great. She took the time to listen to the timeline I had with the VA hospital and what brought me to see her. Conducted a strength and stability exam on my knee, which the VA had not done, and obtained a prescription for oral steriods, which the VA also did not do. Within 24 hours I was feeling better after having been in extreme pain for nearly a week.
