Dr Kupersmit does a good job or explaining and describing why certain actions that should be taken for me to maintain my health.

Communication and follow-through were inconsistent. Guidance about referrals and next steps changed over time, and clarification was limited when concerns were raised. Requests for limited functional documentation during active evaluation were declined, which created difficulty during care transition. I did not feel adequately supported during a time-sensitive period.
