I went in with complications left with complications still have complications did not get medication to heal my situation. My questions were answered with the blood work that was done.i just want healing results.

Seriously not helpful at all. There was no physical (why we were there) we asked about blood work he said maybe next time if you want. We asked about healthy habits and losing weight the Dr wanted to send a referral to weight clinic. My son wanted nutrition support he said those clinics don't do that they focus on meds and surgery. He said maybe a ped program would be better, focus on diet. I asked if a ped clinic would see a 19 year old,he says probably not. He was gone in 10 minutes with no physical assessment! I don't know what he thought he was doing at this appointment but it was a mess

I believe this is year two with Dr. Kupersmith, and I am comfortable when talking with him.

I don't feel that he read my chart I think he knew he was overstepping as he appeared to backstep at times although he refilled the medication he also made suggestions that were not his to make and his overall demeanor felt manipulating and gaslighting.

Dr Kupersmit does a good job or explaining and describing why certain actions that should be taken for me to maintain my health.

Communication and follow-through were inconsistent. Guidance about referrals and next steps changed over time, and clarification was limited when concerns were raised. Requests for limited functional documentation during active evaluation were declined, which created difficulty during care transition. I did not feel adequately supported during a time-sensitive period.
