About The Provider

Christine Eldredge‑Brown, DNP, FNP‑C, is a board‑certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Intermountain Health’s Jerry and Kathleen Grundhofer Clinic – Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Park City, Utah. She supports patients in Park City, Kamas, Heber Valley, and surrounding communities with expertise in treating concussion and mild traumatic brain injury, as well as complex conditions such as Ehlers‑Danlos syndrome (hEDS), dysautonomia/POTS, long COVID, and ME/CFS. She is dedicated to helping patients improve function and overall quality of life through individualized, comprehensive care.

Her clinical interests include neuroplasticity, chronic inflammation, neuroendocrinology, and integrative and functional medicine. She enjoys working with complex cases and partnering with patients to better understand their health challenges and identify effective, personalized treatment strategies.

Christine’s philosophy of care focuses on seeing the whole person and not losing sight of the bigger picture. She works closely with patients to help them stay engaged in their care and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their health and daily lives.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Christine has lived in the Park City area for the past 30 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog. They enjoy skiing, biking, and climbing together, as well as reading and cooking healthy meals.
