About The Provider
Cannon Nelson, MD, is a family medicine physician at Intermountain Health’s Saratoga Springs Family Medicine in Saratoga Spring, Utah. He supports patients in Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Cedar Fort, and surrounding communities. Outside the clinic, the Bountiful native enjoys strength training, camping, and spending time outdoors. He values time with his wife, two kids, and dog, Chewy. He’s a lifelong fan of BYU athletics and a big Star Wars enthusiast—whether that’s building Lego sets, watching the movies, reading the comics, or playing the games.

I moved to Utah in 2017 and have been going to Revere Health, until 2/17/26. Change is usually quite difficult, however, I am thrilled with the care I received from Cannon Nelson. He ordered some bloodwork and he sent me a message the very next morning with the results and his thoughts. This is something I've never received before. Cannon Nelson is an amazing doctor and I look forward to more superb care from him in the future.
