Brooke Thomas, DPT

Brooke Thomas, DPT, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation – Orem Neuro Occupational Therapy in Orem, Utah. She supports patients in Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, and surrounding communities, specializing in helping patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury, and balance challenges.

As a provider, Brooke is passionate about supporting individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey and works closely with each patient to help them make meaningful progress toward their goals.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care.

Outside of the clinic, Brooke enjoys running, reading while relaxing in a hammock in the mountains, and spending time with family and friends.
