100% better than my old doctor

I’m a breast cancer survivor and changed my primary care provider to Dr Brittany Bertsch from Billings Clinic because they had dropped the ball entirely regarding my heart monitor. I found out that I had a Type 2 blockage (found September 2025) and was never informed about it. I saw Dr Bertsch within 2 days of finding out about it in February 2026 and she immediately had a heart monitor be placed and I already have an appointment with the St Vincent Cardiologist. To this date I have still not heard anything from Billings Clinic, but Dr Bertsch got everything going ASAP. I am so grateful to have her as my primary caregiver and trust her with all my after effects from chemotherapy. I always recommend her when someone is looking for a new primary care provider. Dr Bertsch is a great asset to Intermountain Health.

I’m so happy she is my doctor now.

My daughter is very anxious going to Dr appts, but Dr Bertsch was very patient and listened to her, even though she stuttered and was nervous. She made her laugh and relax. Dr Bertsch was just wonderful with her.

She remembered the correct antibiotic she always prescribes me when I have a sinus infection. I thought the first round we did an incorrect antibiotic. This time I told her which one I needed. She listened to me as always and she told me we can do another round of the antibiotic. I later learned we did the current antibiotic the first round.
