She understood my needs on my arthritis flare-up. She was caring and concerned my RA doctor had not treated me for this after 3 weeks.

I left the visit not knowing what the next steps would be or how to obtain X-Rays or PT referral. End of visit was very short and I wasn't sure what to do next. Information in MyChart doesn't seem to have been updated / completed for the visit. Most confusing visit I've ever had.
