About The Provider
Aprille Lambert, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with Intermountain Health who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She also enjoys supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and others seeking greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.
Aprille's approach is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and understood. By collaborating to identify realistic goals tailored to each person's unique circumstances, she helps patients build practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and achieve lasting improvements in their well-being.
She believes people do not need to have everything figured out before seeking support. Whether someone is navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, questions about identity, a significant life transition, or simply a sense that something needs to change, Aprille works alongside them to explore challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and move forward with confidence. She is committed to helping patients access the level of support that best meets their needs, whether through brief interventions, ongoing therapy, or referrals to additional resources.
Originally from Salem, Oregon, Aprille grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has lived in Hawaii, Washington, Texas, Utah, and now Colorado. These experiences have fostered a deep appreciation for various cultures, perspectives, and life journeys, which continue to shape her work with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Aprille enjoys spending time with family, cheering on her favorite WNBA and NBA teams, discovering new restaurants, traveling (especially to beach destinations), working out, playing games, and watching Dateline. She values balance, connection, and finding joy in everyday experiences, whether that means exploring a new place or relaxing at home.
