She was patient with me, listened and help resolve the issue.

After I informed the provider I was becoming uncomfortable with this visit. And I expressed that she lacked the knowledge and experience to be my primary, she said that she should probably read books on being more of an empathic listener. I don’t know if she was being serious or snarky. And my thought to myself was, you can’t read and learn from a book about being empathic. You have to actually practice it through experience. Therefore I replied, no it’s not books about learning how to listen with empathy you should read. The entire encounter with a doctor who is suppose to be a primary care physician in internal health lacked many skills.

She is the best doctor I've ever had in my entire life, she understands me more than anyone I've ever seen or talked to, and patient with me.
