Again, while she is pleasant, I felt I did not receive the support I needed then and now. The prescription is only a brandade for my symptoms. There was no treatment plan for moving forward with my medical condition.

I just don't know if I am confused or if she doesn't know what is going on and wants to wait til the colonoscopy. I feel like I have received the same feedback yet I am still in pain and still don't know next steps. I wasn't warned about any potential issues like passing out and had to just figure that out on my own. I feel like its been really hard to get answers. I was questioned multiple times about what had been prescribed to me for medication and I feel that should be something that is documented. It made me feel like my care didn't matter and that the provider didn't know what to do with me.

Shes really kind. I just wish she would explain everything a little better. I felt confused when I left.

She is very professional and listened carefully to what I said

She seemed to go the distance to care and help you figure things out. I feel much better now after seeing her.
