She always gives me options of things that we can do, she gives me all the information on the options and then lets me decide. She was kind and explained everything she was going to do. She explained that it takes a few times and it may not work the first time so don't give up. She answered my questions and made me feel at ease. She was gentle with all of the Botox shots.
