I feel that the appointments seemed rushed and there is a deadline. As a patient it is hard to come up concerns or questions instantly. I usually seem to have questions just after I leave. A few more minutes for discussion might be helpful. "My Chart" has been helpful in filling in the gaps of not understanding.
