Alicia P. Hales, SLP

I was raised in Northern Utah, spent my early adulthood in Oceanside, California, and then finished my undergrad and graduate program at Utah State University. I wised up and moved to the warm and sunny St. George after graduating with my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017 and have lived here ever since! Prior to working for Intermountain, I have a history of working with adults in the skilled nursing and outpatient rehab settings, and with children in an early intervention setting. I have developed a passion for treating infants with swallowing difficulties and continue to enjoy treating children with speech and language difficulties. When I’m not working, you’ll find me training for a race, paddleboarding, kickboxing, hiking, or simply spending time with my family. My incredible husband and I have known each other since our awkward junior high years, and we now three children and two dogs. Time sure flies!
