As they said previously, he genuinely listened and cared. I was upfront. I am terrified of anesthesia. We came up with a plan to do the procedure in the office. He was upfront biggest one he’s ever done in the office. He talked me through the procedure. We worked as a team. He kept me comfortable by talking to me. His whole team was great. I wouldn’t want to see any other surge beyond thankful my bump is gone.
